Photography Volunteers  - Career Fair for 8^th Graders

Assignment: Help photograph 8^th graders signing “Letters of Intent” during the Download the Future event. The letter of intent photo will commemorate the student(s) dedicating their studies toward a particular field of interest and/or college, university or technical training center.  Students will visit about 40 information booths before coming to photo stations.  Refreshments and lunch will be provided for volunteers.

Place:  SFA Campus, William R. Johnson Coliseum – College at University

Time of Event:            8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.   (set-up begins at 7 a.m.)

Scope:  Four photo stations will be set up with backdrops. Four photographers will work simultaneously to photograph students.  Four time blocks (one hour and 15 minutes) have been set up.  Photographers can take one or more time blocks. The chamber will provide SD cards that photographers can use and turn in at end of their session.  Chamber and partners will work with schools to provide them prints.
