Roby Somerford, Etech, left, receives the championship trophy from Neal Slaten,Tipton Ford, Inc., for top volunteer team captain at the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce TRC Victory Celebration sponsored by Tipton Ford.

Approximately 30 chamber volunteers worked for more than seven weeks selling chamber event sponsorships and new memberships and exceeded the TRC campaign goal - reaching a grand total of $140,800.

Somerford also won the drawing for an iPad2 donated by Loving Toyota Scion.
