When you think of Nacogdoches food, you probably think of blueberries.
Pittsburg knows its peaches! You know TexJoy seasoning could only come from Beaumont. Country Tavern in Kilgore has a lock on the ribs market.
And tomatoes? Why those come from Jacksonville.
What food or food company is synonymous with your community or organization? Texas Forest Trail Region invites you to get the word out through our Flavors of the Forest Culinary Social on May 11, 2011 to be held in conjunction with our Regional Summit.
If your community or community food producer/vendor is willing to donate enough food/product to create 100 appetizers at our culinary social, we will offer them booth space to *promote and sell* their products to our attendees (sorry, due to health regulations, sampling will only be allowed through our Flavors of the Forest licensed caterer Chef Simon Webster) at our social *and
summit* (May 12) at no charge.
This is a great, low-cost opportunity to put your community on the East Texas culinary map. Please respond to this email or call our regional office
(936) 560-3699 if you would like to take advantage or get more details.
See you at Summit!
Sincerely,
Mary
