Nac goes to state capitol
Groups from the community and SFA will travel to Austin, Feb. 16-17, to meet with elected officials and agency representatives and discuss the issues that affect East Texas for Nacogdoches-SFA Days presented by Norbord Texas LP.

Government Affairs Chair Scarlett Sloane encourages all from the community to be involved. “Briefings and discussions will take place both days at the capitol in addition to the reception that will be held the evening of Feb. 16 at the downtown Omni,” she said. “All events are free of charge. The Chamber produces this event so we have a strong voice in the state legislature.”
