The Business Barometer Survey is a way for TAB to hear how your company is doing, and in turn, gain guidance on what is happening in the Texas economy during this ever-changing time.

We have discovered the following insights from last week's results:

As Texans adapt to a new sense of normalcy, business owners are being faced with new challenges. In comparison to the first week of June, concerns over debt management have doubled, with 50% of business owners last week reporting it as an issue. Despite concerns over debt management rising, the overall intent to apply for stimulus packages passed by Congress has remained unchanged, with 50% of business owners still expecting to apply. 

Other growing concerns include the loss of employees/talent, which increased by 15%. Meanwhile, concerns about customers shifting to other suppliers has seen an increase of 25%.
