The Texas Chamber of Commerce (TCCE) annual convention is June 27-29, 2010, in Nacogdoches.

Hundreds of chamber execs will spend a few days in Nacogdoches and get to know the First Town in Texas better.

Planning meetings are in full swing with the TCCE, Nacogdoches Convention & Visitors Bureau, Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce and other businesses including Hotel Fredonia.

"All will get a good taste of the town," said Membership and Marketing Manager Kelly Daniel. "After spending some time here, we expect future visits with families, spreading the good word to friends, and who knows, possibly new residents at some point."
