The Judy B. McDonald Public Library will offer free Microsoft Excel classes on June 7th and June 8th. Part I will be an introduction to the menu, formula writing and formatting. Part II will feature file organization, using multiple sheets and special features. Students must have prior word processing experience. Both sessions are from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
“We tailor the class to the types of skills most employers want their employees to be able to do. At the beginning of each course, we ask the participants what they want to learn and we adjust the content of the class based on their responses,” said Mercedes Franks, library director.
