Christian State legislation update given at luncheon State Representative Wayne Christian will deliver "The Texas Legislature: Where We Are, Why We're Here, and Where We're Headed" at Fourth Friday Luncheon, noon to 1 p.m., Oct. 23, at Hotel Fredonia. "I look forward to meeting with chamber members to share how the 81st legislative session impacted East Texas and what issues still lay ahead,” said Christian. “This will be a good opportunity to discuss state legislative priorities related to doing business in Texas."
