The City of Nacogdoches announces partnership with Fidelity Express allowing residents new options to pay their utility bills…

NACOGDOCHES-   The City of Nacogdoches is excited to announce its partnership with Fidelity Express, a full service financial services company. The new agreement effective, February 2nd, allows residents several new locations to pay their City of Nacogdoches utility bill. Both commercial and residential accounts are eligible for the new payment options. “We are always looking for ways to better serve our residents, and we are thrilled to be rolling out these new and more convenient options,” said BD Rambin Utility Billing Manager.

In addition to online payment options, snail mail, automatic bank drafts, ebills and in person payments at the Water Office at City Hall, beginning next month all residential and commercial account holders can pay their utility bills at four new locations with extended payment hours:

Kroger #566, 3205 University Drive from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Kroger #990, 1215 North Street from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunshine Food Mart, 2013 North Street from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunshine Truck Stop, 4010 South Street from 8 a.m. to  9 p.m.

The partnership with Fidelity Express allows Nacogdoches residents access to in person payment options 7 days a week including holidays. Residents now also have the option to pay with cash, check, or money order at the Fidelity Express locations. A $1.50 processing fee will be charged on all transactions. All payments received by midnight will post the following morning. It is important to note that this new service is not available for municipal court payments, health permits or inspection permits.

In addition to Fidelity Express locations the City of Nacogdoches water billing system allows residents to go green and go paperless with their water utility bills. Residents are encouraged to log in in via the city’s website and sign up for “ebills” and automatic bank drafts. The friendly staff in the water department is available to answer questions in person Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents may also follow these steps to set up their eBill:
