NACOGDOCHES- The City of Nacogdoches and AT&T will be upgrading technology to the City’s phone service again this week. On Wednesday, March 11th at 11 a.m. all phone lines to City Hall, Nacogdoches Police Department, Nacogdoches Fire & Rescue, Public Works and the Wastewater treatment plant will be down for at least 3 hours for the conversion. “We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our residents,” said Information Technology Manager Michael Donnell. The phone systems at the Judy B. McDonald Public Library and the CL Simon Recreation system were upgraded several weeks ago.
At no time will the upgrade effect 911 services. As always you can contact city staff via email or visit any of our offices in person.
