SFA's hospitality administration program is hosting the third annual Chopped: East Texas.
Teams of two will race the clock to create unique dishes while mastering the use of mystery ingredients. During the live competition, there will be a wine tasting sponsored by Brookshire Brothers, a silent auction, hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
All proceeds will go to the Hospitality department for student enrichment.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15.
