The Judy B. McDonald Public Library is excited to host the first ever How-To Festival at the library on April 12, 2014.
We are now accepting proposals for presenters to demonstrate a skill, talent, or project. Some examples of presentations are how to make natural cleaning products, how to fold an origami swan, how to make a recipe, how to care for your lawn, how to protect your computer or how to crochet.
Individuals, groups and businesses are all welcome to present in a mini-session of 15 minutes to one hour. The event will be free of charge for the public and celebrates community-based interactive education. Proposal forms are available online at npl.sfasu.edu or in person at the library.
