The final Total Resource Campaign (TRC) Reward Session was held Oct. 29.
TRC volunteers learned more about the Chamber's Community Development division from guest speakers Rayanne DuChane, Nacogdoches ISD, and Misty Roe, Rex Perry Autoplex, pictured above. DuChane is the past chair of Community Development and Roe is the current chair of thedivision.
All Community Development activities support the business community. Some involve school-age children from eighth grade through high school, some focus on developing new leaders and attracting retirees to Nacogdoches. our retiree population - a promising market.
Any business will benefit from sponsoring these specific projects produced through the Chamber's Community Development division.

N.O.B.L.E. Scholars Awards Banquet
Presented by Citizens 1st Bank and The Daily Sentinel.
Held in March at Stephen F. Austin State University.
Honors graduating high school students from all Nacogdoches County public schools who have successfully completed the N.O.B.L.E. Scholar program.
The banquet is attended by more than 300 individuals, including students, their parents, counselors, school administrators and Chamber leaders and volunteers.
