Subject: Regions Bank/NCUW First Time Homebuyer Seminar

Date: June 15, 2012 - Noon - 1:30  Community Room - East Texas Community Health Care Services Inc Campus - 1401 South University Drive across from Pilgrim's Pride.

The Nacogdoches County United Way will present a "first time homebuyer seminar" this Friday, June 15 from noon to 1:30.  The seminar will be held at the campus of the East Texas Community Health Care Services in the Community Room.  NCUW's offices are located on the ETCH campus.

Among many topics covered will be information regarding tax deductions, housing cost, and types of loans available among other important topics that first time homebuyers should be aware of.  The seminar is open to all interested potential homebuyers and is free.  Lunch and refreshments will be provided.  For more information contact the Nacogdoches United Way at 936.564.5869 or Regions Bank at 936.715.6107.
