SFA Mobile Food LabNacogdoches County (pop. approx. 65,466) is located deep in Texas Forest Country. Nacogdoches (pop. approx. 33,405), the largest city in the county, is the home of Stephen F. Austin State University.

Primary industries are education, agriculture (poultry, timber, cattle, grain and dairy products), manufacturing (feed & fertilizer, valves, business forms, transformers, motor homes, poultry processing and sealing components), oil & gas and tourism.

Nacogdoches has a rich historical background, dating back to the establishment of Spanish missions in 1721-22. Area history has been celebrated and protected throughout the years, resulting in the preservation of many precious homes and landmarks.
