I'm playing with Ordinator Perk Overhaul, so there are tons of perks to choose from, but gaining perks is incredibly slow and painful since its 1 at a time. Are any mods that can fix this at all? Something that gives you 2 perk points per level, or some immersive way to get them through gameplay? You either need to give yourself perks directly, as in Kaizerwolf's answer, or use a mod to adjust your perk points.
