Vendors needed for upcoming event
Organizers of the upcoming inaugural Boots & Brew in historic downtown Nacogdoches are seeking non-food vendors to fill available booths at downtown’s newest event.
Organizers are also looking for restaurant participants.
Slated for Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 6 to 10 p.m. the event will feature live entertainment by the Dirty River Boys, wine and beer samples provided by Brookshire Brothers, and food samples provided by local restaurants.
The event will take place on the square downtown. There will be approximately 600 tickets available at $30 each. Tickets will go on sale early this fall. “We are so excited about this new event, it will have a street dance feel, but will still provide the same perks as our Wine Swirl event,” said Main Street Director Sarah O’Brien.
Vendor applications are available at www.ci.nacogdoches.tx.us, by clicking on city departments and then Main Street. Forms are also available at the Main Street Office, located at 202 E. Pilar Street, room 319 in downtown Nacogdoches. A limited amount of booth space is available for both vendors and restaurant participants and is expected to fill up quickly. Vendors are encouraged to make reservations early. You can also call organizers at 936-559-2573 and have a form faxed to you.
