NACOGDOCHES – The teen years can be difficult to navigate. Parents, teachers, friends, clergy and a supportive community want to support the young people in their lives. Helping them find the calmest path isn’t always easy, though.
Author and former Nacogdoches resident Dr. Kathy Harris Henderson seeks to empower teens and those who support them, with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate those difficult times.
She is returning to Nacogdoches to share her personal experiences and simple tips for adults and teens.
Nacogdoches Independent School District invites the Nacogdoches County community to be its guest at 6 p.m at the Judy B. McDonald Public Library on Monday, March 25.
Henderson’s message can help parents, teens, coaches, youth leaders and anyone who is interested to be a part of this vital presentation.
