So that more SFA students know what Nac has to offer - all SFA students are encouraged to participate in Discover Nacogdoches presented by the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs at SFA. Five-thousand Discover Nacogdoches maps and the event’s Facebook page information are distributed on campus by the Involvement Center, and students have until Mar. 1, 2012 to visit at least 20 of the participating business destinations marked on the map and return the maps to the Involvement Center for prize drawings. Students learn about the Discover Nacogdoches event in summer orientation sessions, in Jack Camp, in SFA 101 classes and through the Pine Log.
