The ATA-SRO is comprised of members from Fortune 500 companies and service providers, working together to lead the way toward preserving the viability of the contact center channel by assuring a positive experience for the customer. The ATA-SRO incorporates aspects of governmental regulations and consumer protection rules for contact centers.
Companies, like ETECH, that seek the highest caliber of customer care, best practices and compliant behavior can apply to receive the ATA-SRO Seal of Accreditation. By earning this accreditation we are telling you, our partners, that we are committed to providing the highest level of care and compliancy. This accreditation means that we have consistently demonstrated behavior that is compliant to the governmental regulations and consumer protection rules for contact centers including the Telemarketing Sales Rules. This commitment protects both ETECH and our clients from potential fines, penalties, attorney fees and resource costs resulting from non-compliant behavior.
ETECH is one of only 15 contact centers in the world to achieve this impressive accreditation. Many of the largest corporations who recognize the risk of exposure to non-compliance are now seeking ATA-SRO accredited call centers before outsourcing their customer contact programs.
