The unrest in the Middle East and the nuclear crisis in Japan will have short- and long-term impacts on the United States. Dr. Michael Tkacik, an expert on U.S. foreign and nuclear weapon policy, will discuss the impact of these events on energy prices, nuclear power and oil supplies at the Nacogdoches County Chamber Fourth Friday Luncheon. The event is presented by SFASU, Office of the President, from noon to 1 p.m., Friday, Apr. 29 at Hotel Fredonia.
