LUFKIN, TX. Fresh from a sell-out performance at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry, the ANNIE MOSES BAND brings Rhapsody in Bluegrass to the Temple Theater on the Angelina College campus March 17 at 7:30 pm. The ANNIE MOSES BAND has been inspiring and entertaining audiences for over a decade with their unique blend of folk and classical music.  These virtuosic siblings combine their Juilliard-honed chops with the Nashville sound – and the results are captivating. With record-breaking numbers of airings on PBS and Christian television, they unify audiences young and old—classical connoisseurs and roots enthusiasts, jazz lovers and bluegrass buffs. Tickets are on sale now and range from $25-$35 (Premium/Box $38). The ANNIE MOSES BAND - Rhapsody in Bluegrass is a panoramic exploration of America and her music.  Featuring favorites from Aaron Copeland and George Gershwin, it fuses Appalachian bluegrass, Irish fiddle, beloved classic themes and roots music to create a beautiful and transporting concert experience.  Jung-Ho Pak, Artistic Director and Conductor of the Cape Cod Symphony says, “Their combination of high energy, raw talent, and showmanship is a consistent recipe for success.”
