The SFA Graduation Day Menu will be held on Saturday, May 16 at the Piney Woods Country Club.
The menu includes salads: Mixed Garden Greens(w/ choice of dressings), Caesar Salad, and Fresh Spanich Salad w/ Cranberries and Walnuts(w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette).
Display items are Boiled Gulf Shrimp, Imported & Domestic Cheeses, Deviled Eggs, and Assorted Fresh Fruit.
Entrees are Roast Beef Sirloin, Stuffed Tilapia, and Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast.
Startches are Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Wilf Rice Pilaf, Broccoli/Cheese/Rice Casserole, and Dinner Rolls.
Vegetables are Italian Style Green Beans, Squash/Zucchini/Tomato Medley, Roasted Asparagus, and Honey Glazed Carrots.
Desserts are Bread Pudding w/ Rum Sauce, Cobblers, and Assorted Pies and Cakes.
There will be a complimentary of tea, water, and coffee with each meal.
