Career and technical education center update at chamber of commerce meeting

Nacogdoches I.S.D. Superintendent Dr. Fred Hayes and Nacogdoches Economic Development Corp. Chair Ed Pool will give a presentation on the progress of the Nacogdoches County Career and Technical Education Center at Fourth Friday Luncheon, noon to 1 p.m., Feb. 28 at Quality Inn & Suites, 3400 South St. Event Gold sponsor is Axley & Rode, L.L.P.



“The new Career and Technical Education Center is a dream that is incredibly close to becoming a reality for this community,” said Adam Peck, Assistant Vice President and Dean of Student Affairs, SFASU, and Fourth FridayLuncheon program chair. “I know that I will enjoy learning more about the most recent developments in this exciting project.”



The information presented is vital for all local businesses. This economic development-themed luncheon serves as the Chamber’s monthly membership meeting. Attend and stay on top of what is going on at the Chamber and around town.
