MILLARD’S CROSSING HISTORIC VILLAGE
Presents a
“FRONT PORCH OLD TIME MUSIC FESTIVAL”
May 4th 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Have you ever wanted to spend a spring evening just hanging out, listening to or jamming with other musicians in the peaceful country setting? Millard’s
The Front Porch Festival is a BYOB event, so visitors are welcome to bring in their deck chairs, blankets, coolers and claim their spot. Those who play can bring their musical instruments as well and “jam” with others under the trees. Other activities will include a children’s jug band, reel dancing in the carriage house and a medicine show. There will also be musical handicraft artisan Steve Hartz who makes and sells banjos and whittler Lynn Wood who makes wood whistles and vintage toys.
The Millard’s Crossing Country Store will be open for business where people can buy vintage toys and hand-made items, books, T-shirts, and food items such as popcorn, fried pies, floats, hot dogs and sausage on a stick.
Entry fees will be $5 for adults, $4 for children 12 and under and $10 per cooler. Parking is free and will be in the Millard Flea Market on the south side of the Village.
